The Adler Adelboden has always been a business that is anchored in the village. We live this with joy. We maintain and value close contact and cooperation with local people as our business partners.
The fact that we buy dairy products directly from the neighbouring cheese dairy or meat products from the local butcher is just as natural to us as our contribution and commitment to the well-being of the village and the entire destination.

The social aspect is also very important to us. We have a varied and exciting exchange with our guests and have long recognized that our employees are our most valuable asset. For example, we have taken an important step as part of the Hotelleriesuisse coaching program on employer branding.
We also focus on team spirit and hold regular events, meetings and workshops with employees.
The careful use of resources to protect the environment is important to us. Together with our hotel guests, we co-finance the myclimate "Cause We Care" initiative, which supports the implementation and monitoring of a natural forest reserve in the region of Beatenberg-Habkern.
Every hotel guest has the opportunity to support this environmental protection project with their own voluntary contribution, which will be doubled by us.
