We serve daily between 11:00 am and 01:30 pm as well as 6:00 pm and 8:15 pm dishes from our full menu.

The wines on our menu originate from between the French Rhone Valley and the upper reaches of the Danube. At Adler Adelboden, the Alps come by the glass.
Cheese fondue
Enjoy a cheese fondue daily from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm and from 6 pm to 9:00 pm in our Adlerstube or on the terrace.
Small Menu
Between 01.30 pm and 05.00 pm as well between 08.30 pm and 09.30 pm, choose something from our small menu to satisfy your hunger in between.
