We serve dishes from our full menu daily between 6 p.m. and 8.30 p.m. and on Sundays from 11.45 a.m. to 1.30 p.m.

The wines and beers on our menu originate from between the French Rhone Valley and the upper reaches of the Danube. At Adler Adelboden, the Alps come by the glass.
