Menu

Whether for lunch or dinner, a refreshing aperitif or a good bottle of wine – our restaurant combines alpine delicacies with a special touch from afar.

The restaurant is open daily from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m., and we are happy to serve you from the following menus at the times indicated.

Full menu

We serve dishes from our full menu daily between 6 p.m. and 8.30 p.m. and on Sundays from 11.45 a.m. to 1.45 p.m.

Cheese fondue

Enjoy a cheese fondue daily from 11:45 am to 8:30 pm in our Adlerstube or on the terrace.

Wine menu

The wines and beers on our menu originate from between the French Rhone Valley and the upper reaches of the Danube. At Adler Adelboden, the Alps come by the glass.

Lunch menu

From Monday to Saturday, between 11.45 a.m. and 1.30 p.m., we serve our lunch menu as well as some classics from our full menu.

Small Menu

Between 01.45 p.m. and 05.00 p.m. choose something from our small menu to satisfy your hunger in between.

Drinks menu

Drinks for that perfect vacation vibe, cozy companions on chilly days – or just a glass of pure happiness.
