You will be informed of the time of return of the garment after consultation. Would you like to carry out the repair yourself? We will be happy to provide you with a sewing kit at the reception.

Ski bus
The local bus is included in the guest card and takes you comfortably to the valley station of the Engstligen cable car (Unter dem Birg) or to the Mineralquelle (2 minutes' walk from the Silleren cable car). During rush hours we recommend using the bus instead of the village railway.
The Portenier bus between Gilbach - Bergläger - Geils is included in the ski pass, but not in the guest card.
Ski storage
Instead of lugging your skis, simply deposit them!
Oester Sport offers a ski depot at the valley station of the Silleren cable car. Leave your equipment in the ski storage in the evening. The next day your equipment will be ready and your boots will be nice and dry. CHF 4 per pair of boots or per pair of skis per night.

There are benches with fireplaces and a raised herb bed all around.
Ski room/Ski boot room
Both rooms are located on the 1st basement floor. Please use the side entrance on the left side with your room keys. The first room is the ski room, at the end of the corridor is the boot room. The following can be stored there:

Slippers
Sustainability is a matter close to our hearts: we do not provide disposable bathing shoes, which cause tons of waste in the hotel industry every year. If you don't have your own bathing shoes, you can buy the sustainable cork flip-flops in various sizes (S: 36-39 or L: 44-48) at the reception and then take them home with you.
Smoking
All our rooms are smoke-free. If you do not want to give up your pleasure, there is an ashtray on each balcony. Tobacco products can be found either at the kiosk at the end of the street or in the Coop. We have matchboxes at the reception.
Snowshoes
Depending on the weekly program, you can take part in a guided snowshoe hike free of charge. If you prefer to walk through the snow on your own, you can borrow snowshoes and poles free of charge at the reception.
